It was already seven o'clock in the evening when I arrived at the B&B, so I put down my luggage and went out to stroll on the streets, knowing the environment and finding a restaurant to enjoy an authentic Czech dinner. But first we have to change some Czech coins (krona), although the Czech Republic is a member of the European Union, the local currency does not use the euro, but the Czech koruna (CZK). Some shops and attractions accept euros, but the conversion rate is not very good, so it is better to use the krone in the Czech Republic. When exchanging money, we can use "US dollars" or "euros", US dollars to krone is about 1:23, when you walk on the street, you can see the currency exchange sign "Exchange" everywhere, of course, most places accept credit cards, so there is no need to exchange too many kr, about 100 US dollars.

In order to exchange for a better exchange rate, it is not wrong to ask a few more stores, some stores can bargain, and you must pay attention to whether there is a handling fee, which is 0% Commission!!

We were about to exchange money in a Western Union store, but two local guys appeared in front of the store to lobby, telling us that the exchange rate was not good, and there was a store with a good exchange rate not far next door.

Recommended restaurant tonight: Mlejnice is located in the alleys of the old town, which is not easy to find, but the restaurant has a sign outside that you won't find it, this is a very traditional Czech restaurant, the food is very authentic and delicious.
