Osteria Conchetta
Osteria Conchetta is a Lombardy dish (Milan is part of the Lombardia region). It's best known for its rich, rich risotto, cooked directly in a giant cheese bun. Their artichoke risotto is also incredibly delicious; artichokes are a common vegetable in Italian cuisine. Their extra-thick steak (a full 350g) is incredibly filling and tender, and comes with an artichoke dip. Milanese must-try dishes: 1. Cotoletta; 2. Ossobuco (Veal) + Risotto alla Milanese (Risotto alla Milanese); and Tiramisu.
